What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your computer, phone or tablet when you visit it. They let the website remember information about your visit, such as the contents of your cart. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers them too.
Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay on your device for a set time (persistent cookies).
Who uses cookies on this store
Our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, software that we install on the servers of our hosting provider. The cookies listed below are set by our own website. The information they collect is used by us and is stored by our hosting provider, which acts as our processor. Our hosting provider is Tencent Cloud, and our server is in its Singapore region. Section 5 of our privacy policy gives more details.
We do not currently use any analytics, advertising or social media cookies or pixels, either our own or from other companies (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel).
You pay on a payment page hosted by SumUp, our payment provider. That page is part of SumUp’s website, not ours: SumUp decides which cookies and similar technologies it uses there, and its own cookie policy and privacy notice apply.
Types of cookies we use
- Necessary cookies. This website uses cookies that allow it to work and to provide the services offered on it: the cart, checkout, security and remembering your cookie choice. They are strictly necessary for the service you ask for, so they do not need your consent (Spanish e-commerce law LSSI, Ley 34/2002, art. 22.2).
- Analytics cookies. They measure how visitors use the store so that we can improve it. We do not use any at the moment. If we add them, we will use them only if you accept them.
- Marketing cookies. They hold marketing data. We do not use any at the moment, and we do not run any advertising. If we add them, we will use them only if you accept them.

How to accept, reject or change your choice
- On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice before any optional cookie is used. It shows an Accept button and a Reject button at the same level and equally visible, and a Settings button where you can choose by purpose (analytics, marketing).
- The banner stays until you make a choice. If you reject or do not choose, we only use necessary cookies. Continuing to browse does not count as consent.
- You can use the whole store if you reject optional cookies.
- Accepting our terms of sale is separate from your cookie choice.
- You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies”, in browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block necessary cookies, the cart and checkout may not work. To remove cookies already stored on your device, delete them in your browser.
Transfers outside the EEA
The data from these cookies is processed on the servers of our hosting provider. Section 6 of our privacy policy explains where those servers are and whether any data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), and with which safeguards. Profiling and automated decisions
We do not use cookies to make automated decisions about you or to build marketing profiles.
Our store runs on our own installation of WordPress and WooCommerce, so no e-commerce platform uses the cookie data from our store for its own services to other merchants.
How long we keep the data
- Each cookie stays on your device for the duration shown in the table, unless you delete it first.
- Your cookie choice is stored in the cmplz_ cookies listed above (Complianz) for 365 days. After that, we ask you again. We never keep a consent choice for longer than 24 months.

Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we add or remove tools that use cookies, and we update the consent banner before any new optional cookie is used. The date at the top shows the current version.
